バスケットボールは決められたルールと時間の中で多く得点を取った方が勝ちます。
バスケットボールはコートに立つ５人全員がシュートを打つチャンスがあり、みんなが「主役」になれます。
自分が主役だと思うことで自信と責任感が芽生えます。
主役になるためには全員で協力しなければなりません。
主役になるために必要なことは自分で考え行動する。
相手を思いやる、失敗してもくじけず頑張る、苦しいときほど笑ってみる、
そして全力でバスケを楽しむ。
